We all start a business mainly for 3 different reasons: Freedom, Finances, Family time... I call them the 3 Fs

But then while chasing their dreams, many small business owners find themselves stuck at a point and that causes Frustration. Remember Frustration causes Victimization , which causes Exaggeration. That's because most of us are just Business owners...not Business builders. By that I simply mean: Do your business owns you or Do you own your business? While the terms are often used interchangeably, they represent distinct approaches to running a business.

Check this out:

1. A business owner believes that having a great product or service is enough to achieve success. In such a competitive market, your business would not even been heard of if that's your only strength.

A business builder strongly believes in Sales and Marketing, and establishes predictable ways to acquire new customers, they don't just rely on free ventures and referrals.

2. A Business owner gets stuck in the hamster wheel of activity, just working the daily tasks that just have to get done.

A Business builder is focused in understanding their market's pains, fears, hopes, dreams and desires.

As a matter of fact, a business owner litterally just creates a job for himself.

3. A business builder understands that it's completely useless for him to have great product or service if he can't effectively communicate its value to the market. It's not about what you say, it's about what the other person understands. A business owner, trapped in the daily activities, tend to neglect his ways of communicating the value of the product or service.

Effective advertisement is not one of the way out, it's the only way out!
